Negativity is so "un-Oola." It is an insidious emotion, one that will sneak up on you if you are not conscious of your surroundings. Things that influence your mental state are relationships, media, culture, books, colleagues and most importantly, your own thoughts. I'm a fairly busy person. I currently have over 15,000 emails in my inbox from parents, coaches, players, and of course the occasional email from the Prince of Zimbabwe that needs some money to rescue his son. I can tell you right now that I have a lot of things on my plate. I run my own basketball business (Crossroads Basketball) I coach basketball at a prep school (Blair Academy) I’m an author and I write motivational quotes and blogs (Power of Positivity). I’m currently two months away from getting my life coaching certification, I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Renzo Gracie) I do Crossfit, I have a wife, a baby boy on the way, a dog, a cat, and a bunch of friends that don’t understand how I do so much in a 168 hour week.
