All original posts, all the time, from the old and wise one . . . the OolaGuru.  Learn from his experiences (both good and bad) about how to grow and balance your life in the 7 F's of Oola:  Fitness, Finance, Family, Field, Faith, Friends and Fun.

If spokes are missing, broken or worn, the wheel can continue to roll, however with more stress on the wheel, increased chance of a crash, and certainly less life of the tire. The goal of this exercise is to construct a figurative wheel from the hub out. This visual exercise will provide us with a quasi-objective starting point to grow from in your pursuit of Oola.
