In order to go where you want to go in life, you must first know where you are right now. Here is a fun exercise to help you determine where you are today.

Printing this OolaWheel and fill out each one of the 7 F’s (fitness, financial, family, field, faith, friends and fun) based on a 1-10 scale.  A low number means that you need more improvement in this area and the farther away you are from where YOU want to be in this category.  A high number means that you are excelling in this area.  At OolaMoola, we believe that it is important to have a life in balance and growing . . . this is what we call Oola.  Once you are "In Oola" your life is less stressful, more enriched with greater opportunities and is open for further growth in all 7 areas.

For example: If a person is a 9 in finances and a 2 in fitness, they will have financial freedom, but they will have physical or health stresses, less ability to be present and grow the other 6 areas and have a less fulfilling life.  In the same regards if a person is a 9 in fitness and a 2 in financial or family, they will have continuous home stress and monthly financial stress.

If you want more instruction on how the OolaWheel works watch the video "How To Find Your Oola Number" on Seeking Oola TV.  I will explain how to find where you are right now and give you insight into where I am in my life as I work on getting my Oola Back.
